I want to start a group on Facebook 'tie a balloon to a CCTV camera' and see how many people we could get to this. Would be great if London woke up one morning to find every CCTV camera had a balloon floating above it. It would draw attention to how widespread they are and perhaps people would question their use.

Do it! Wait until it gets a load of members then set a date.... everyone had to take a picture of the CCTV they obstructed with the baloon, then upload them to the group etc etc.
